The fine print
Terms of Use
Effective 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and GEN-REACH TRADING LTD, Limassol, Cyprus (“we”), about the SuitUp VPN app and the VPN service behind it (together, “SuitUp”). By installing or using SuitUp you accept them. The licence for the app itself is in our End User Licence Agreement; how we treat data is in the Privacy Policy.
1 What SuitUp is
SuitUp creates an encrypted tunnel between your iPhone and one of our servers, so that networks along the way cannot read your traffic. It does not make you anonymous, does not protect you from sites you choose to visit or from software already on your phone, and is not a replacement for keeping your device up to date.
2 Price
Version 1.0 is free and has no in-app purchases. If paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy anything, and you will never be charged without confirming it through Apple.
3 Where you use it
Some countries restrict VPN services. You are responsible for using SuitUp only where it is lawful to do so.
4 House rules
While connected through SuitUp you must not:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- send spam, run scans or attacks, spread malware or try to break into systems;
- infringe copyright or other people’s rights;
- overload, probe or reverse-engineer our servers, or resell or share access to them;
- share content that exploits or endangers anyone.
We may suspend or end access for a device that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk.
5 Availability
We work to keep SuitUp running, but cannot promise that it will always be available, that a given city will be on the list or that a particular site or service will work through it. We may add, move or retire servers and change features, and may need to pause the service for maintenance.
6 Ownership
The app, its design, the SuitUp name, the bow tie and the artwork belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the app as allowed by the licence.
7 Warranties
SuitUp is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
8 Liability
We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by your breach of these terms, by events outside our reasonable control or by third-party services. Our total liability to you in connection with SuitUp is limited to EUR 50. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
9 Ending
You may stop using SuitUp at any time by deleting the app; to have your registration erased too, write to us. We may end these terms if we discontinue the service, telling you in advance where we reasonably can.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. The new version will be posted here with a new date; if a change matters, we will also mention it in the app. Continuing to use SuitUp afterwards means you accept the update.
11 Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules and the courts of the country where you live.
