The fine print
End User Licence Agreement
Effective 26 October 2026
This agreement is between you and GEN-REACH TRADING LTD, Limassol, Cyprus (the “Developer”), and covers the SuitUp VPN application (the “App”) obtained from Apple’s App Store. Apple Inc. is not a party to it. Use of the VPN service reached through the App is also subject to our Terms of Use.
1 The licence
The Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including use by other accounts in your Family Sharing group where that is enabled. The App is licensed, not sold.
2 What the licence does not allow
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App; copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble it, or try to derive its source code, except where the law expressly allows it; or remove its notices of ownership. Updates that the Developer releases are covered by this agreement unless they come with their own terms.
3 Maintenance and support
Keeping the App working and answering questions about it is the Developer’s job alone, as far as this agreement or the law requires. Apple owes you no maintenance or support services for the App. Write to support@genreach-trading.com for help.
4 Warranty
Any warranty for the App that the law imposes or that has not been validly excluded is given by the Developer only. Should the App fall short of such a warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple will give back whatever you paid for the App — for a free app, nothing. Beyond that refund, and as far as the law permits, Apple carries no warranty duty for the App at all; every other claim, loss or cost that follows from the App not meeting a warranty rests with the Developer.
5 Product claims
Claims about the App — yours or anyone else’s, concerning having or using it — are for the Developer to deal with, not Apple. That covers, for example, product liability, a claim that the App breaks a law or regulation, and claims under consumer, privacy or data protection rules.
6 Intellectual property claims
Should someone allege that the App, or your having and using it, violates their patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, it is the Developer and not Apple who will investigate the allegation, defend against it and settle or resolve it.
7 Legal compliance
You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States Government embargo or one the United States Government has named as supporting terrorism, and that your name does not appear on any United States Government list of barred or restricted persons. Any other export control or sanctions rules that apply to you must be followed as well.
8 Third-party terms
When using the App you must comply with the terms of any third-party service you rely on, such as your mobile carrier or Wi-Fi provider.
9 Ending the licence
The licence lasts until you or the Developer end it. It ends automatically if you breach this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the App and delete it.
10 Limits
The warranty and liability terms in sections 7 and 8 of our Terms of Use also apply to the App. Nothing in this agreement restricts rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
11 Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
12 Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries benefit from this agreement as third parties. Once you accept it, Apple is entitled — and is treated as having taken up that entitlement — to enforce it against you.
